| You are not allowed to: | 1. Change or modify my artworks for any purpose. | 2. Take credit for my art. | 3. Use my art to train AI software. |
| PAYMENT | 1. Payments will be made through VGen in USD. | 2. Payment can be 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval, or full upfront. | 3. Full payment is to be made before the sketch phase is complete. |
| REFUNDS | 1. 100% of the payment will be refunded only if I haven't updated anything on the commission piece yet. | 2. No refunds are allowed once I start the rendering phase. | |
| REVISIONS | 1. Make sure to check for anything, as any minor or major changes are allowed in the sketch phase. | 2. No major changes are allowed after or during the rendering phase. | |
| WORK SPEED | 1. Artwork usually takes 1-4 weeks to complete. | 2. I accept and work on commission at a first-come, first-served basis unless you paid for a rush fee. | |
